Volunteer

Are you a student at the Darla Moore School of Business? Are you a student of the USC Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management program?  Are you studying in the USC School of Earth, Ocean and Environment or the School of Engineering? Are you at USC majoring in communications or journalism? Do you attend Midlands Technical College? Are you interested in being a part of the 2019 SC Clean Energy Conference?

If YES, we need YOU! Volunteer Registration Is Now Open!

The 2019 SC Clean Energy Conference needs student few volunteers before, during and after the conference.  Here are some needs we know we'll have:

  • peparing conference attendee bags,
  • assisting conference attendees with way-finding in the venue,
  • staffing the registration table,
  • tending to minor assistance needs within each conference room, and
  • assisting event staff with replenishing snack/beverage stations.

You can register for as many time slots as will work for your class and study schedule.

The names of all registered volunteers will be published in our Conference agenda and given a complimentary one-year membership in the SC Clean Energy Business Alliance.  And, when able outside their volunteer duties, volunteers are welcome to interact politely and professionally with conference attendees and speakers in order to build their professional connections.  However, any volunteer neglecting volunteer duties in order to network (or networking in a manner that is intrusive to conference attendees and speakers or otherwise not polite or professional) will be asked to immediately leave the conference area.
